PRIVACY:  Your privacy is extremely important.  Your name and address is never shared under any circumstances by Paypal or me.

TO PURCHASE:  Ordering is easy!  All sales are made through PAYPAL, a safe, secure system (SSL) that accepts credit cards, check cards and more.   You can shop with confidence using PAYPAL because your personal credit information is kept completely private.  If you do not have a Paypal account, it is easy to set up in a few minutes.   Just follow the directions on the Paypal screen.

Please click your mouse on the Add-to-Cart button of the item you wish to purchase and you will automatically be directed to PAYPAL's Shopping Cart.  You can continue to shop or total your order by following the directions on the screen.

SHIPPING INFORMATION: Domestic orders are shipped by U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail with Confirmation (flat rate; no money is made on packaging or shipping).  Insurance is optional; please email if you would like insurance added to your order.   Shipping for different sizes will be adjusted to the lowest possible rate and refunds given via Paypal.

Your order should arrive in two weeks (usually much sooner) from the date of placement.  If there are any delays I will notify you immediately.   Your patronage is very much appreciated and I endeavor to expedite all orders.  This is a very small business; I am the artist, printer, webmistress and shipper.  So for now, several orders are shipped on one day each week. 

Prints are packaged individually in acid-free plastic bags and placed between protective cardboard. In an effort to be environmentally responsible I have opted to use as much recycled and recyclable packaging materials as possible.

I cannot accept returns; exchanges only with postage to be paid by the customer.  Customer satisfaction is my main priority; if there is a problem please contact me immediately and I will do whatever I can to put things right.  Please email for instructions. morgaine@magickmermaid.com
